The hotel is within easy walking distance (2 minutes) of the New York Dept. of Environmental Conservation Building where the meetings will be held (625 Broadway).

  • The last day to make hotel reservations at our group rate is Saturday, September 5, 2026.
  • Room block is for the nights of October 5-8. The IFC group rate will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after based on room availability.

  • The meeting opens with the welcome reception on Monday night October 5 at 5pm and continues until Thursday October 8 at 5pm.
  • All current and future Executive Committee (ExCom) members need to plan travel based on attending Friday morning’s ExCom meeting on October 9th.

Registration

In person Registration Fee    $350

Registration includes the welcome reception on Monday night, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. The hotel includes a buffet breakfast.
Travel grant applicants do not request reimbursement for these meals.

Virtual Registration Fee    $100
